Holy Week Services

With the cancelling of services till at least May 3rd, due to Covid19, which is necessary to ensure the health and safety of all, we know you are missing church, especially as Passion week is upon us. Hard to miss church anytime it’s opened but extra hard on Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday services. Please note Pastor Rick and First Baptist Church of Tallmadge have continued to have Bible studies and services on-line. You can see them on Facebook or their YouTube page. And these two services will be presented as well.

They are going to try and implement communion in both Christian celebrations. If you don’t want to miss out on these worship times and commemoration, they welcome you to join them Friday, April 10th at 7:00 pm and Sunday morning April 12th at 11:00 am. Communion will be fulfilled by whatever juice or water and cracker or bread you have at home. God knows our hearts and He will be thrilled at the attempt to do what He has asked us to do “as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come.” I Corinthians 11:26

Both Facebook and YouTube can be found by searching First Baptist Church of Tallmadge on those web outlets. You don’t have to wait till Friday, you can check their sites now and what they’ve been doing so you are familiar and ready for these up and coming services.

Don’t forget to have your communion ready so you are not fumbling through it. What a strange but great way to celebrate Christ with other believers.
